The Elevar Foundation, home to the Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition (EOIVC), believes in the transformative power of music and music education. The goal of the foundation is to make music accessible to underserved communities through partnerships, by offering or supporting free or low-cost opportunities such as masterclasses, lessons, performances, instruments, workshops and information sessions.
